Cancellation of an Order
- Once payment is made your order can be canceled only if it’s 2 working days prior to the delivery date.
- Cancellation of an order will happen when there are no stocks available on the respective product and Customer Care will inform you in such instances and arrange a refund or a replacement.
- Your order could be canceled due to the unavailability of the item, the wrong product being advertised or the wrong price being advertised.
Confirmation Of an Order
Once the payment has been made you will receive an email & SMS confirming the item you have purchased.
How do I check the status of my order?
- Once your order is placed you will receive an email & SMS with your order details which include the order confirmation number.
- For cash on delivery, you will be contacted by our customer care to confirm the payment verification.

- We have secured a payment gateway powered by PayHere and you can pay with any Debit / Credit cards
- Pay with 3 easy installments using KOKO and MintPay
- We offer cash on delivery islandwide and you can also pay COD orders below Rs.3500
Inspired Clothing Return Policy
At Inspired Clothing, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If you need to exchange an item due to size issues, we offer a 14-day exchange window from the date of purchase. Please note the following conditions:
- Size Exchange Only: We only accept exchanges for the same item in a different size. We do not accept exchanges for different products or colors.
- Availability: Exchanges are subject to product availability. If the desired size is not available in our store at the time of the request, we cannot complete the exchange process.
- Condition: Items must be returned in their original condition, unworn and with all tags attached.
- Process: To initiate an exchange, please contact our customer service team within 14 days of receiving your order.

Refunds
We issue refunds if there is a mistake from Inspired Clothing. As the first step, you should contact our customer care at 071-621-9456. Then you should send the package to the return address which was printed in our package bag.
